I have greatly enjoyed working with upper elementary students (4th & 5th) in this building for 24 years.

My family has also lived in Richfield for 32 years.   I am a curious person and I love to learn new things, so I continue to be a student as well as a teacher!  I have my Masters Degree and over 40 additional graduate credits including my STEM certification.  Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math have always been areas of interest and study in my own family – in fact my three children’s careers are in those fields today.

Outside of work I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, canoeing, games & puzzles, reading, and spending time with my family – husband, 3 children (2 daughters are married), and 5 grandchildren.  We spend a lot of summer time at our cabin in Wisconsin.

I have been teaching in Richfield for 22 years.  Most of these years in 5th grade and two in 3rd grade.  I am also a PROUD graduate of Richfield High School and am proud to teach in the city I love.

I live in Prior Lake with my husband, Mike, and our eight year old daughter, Anna.  She keeps us busy with her spunk and her love of sports... soccer, lacrosse, and fencing for starters.  I enjoy golf, gardening, mowing, biking, cheering for the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers, and hanging out with friends in family.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Minnesota, Masters degree from Saint Mary's University, and my STEM Certification from St. Catherine's University.

I live in Edina with my husband and have 4 wonderful children. They are 22, 20, 18 and 13. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my
