Summer Office Information

School offices are closed for the summer, and phones are not monitored regularly during this time.

If you need assistance, please review the office availability information below for times when staff will be available in the building.

School Office Availability

• Central Education Center 
  • June 26-July 2: Open 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily
  • Closed July 3 
  • Open rest of summer Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Centennial Elementary
  • School office is closed through July 31. If you need to speak with Administration, please call 612-798-6801 and leave a message.  
  • Summer School for Centennial students is located at the Richfield STEM School.
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on September 1.
• Richfield Dual Language School
  • The school office is closed through July 31. If you need to speak with school administration, email our school principal, Matthew Arnold, at matthew.arnold@rpsmn.org.
  • Summer School for RDLS students is located at the Richfield STEM School.
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on September 1.
• Richfield STEM Elementary
  • There will be summer school staff in the office Monday-Thursday, June 30-July 23, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They are available to support summer school only.
  • If you need to speak with an administrator, please call 612-798-6601 or email Principal Kelly Woods at kelly.woods@rpsmn.org.
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on September 1.
• Sheridan Hills Elementary
  • School office is closed through July 31. If you need to speak with school administration, email our school principal, Yvette Garcia, at yvette.garcia@rpsmn.org. 
  • Summer School for Sheridan Hills students is located at the Richfield STEM School.
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on September 1.
• Richfield Middle School
  • Summer program is staffing the office Monday-Thursday, June 30-July 23, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., but is not able to support RMS-specific requests for the regular school year. RMS administration available by appointment in the meantime. 
• Richfield High School
  • No office staffing June 30-July 28. If you need to speak with school administration, email our school principal, Stacy Theien-Collins, at stacy.theien-collins@rpsmn.org.
  • Transcript requests can be sent to lori.schmidt@rpsmn.org. 
• Richfield College Experience Program
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on August 31. If you need to speak with school administration, email kasya.willhite@rpsmn.org. 
• South Education Center
  • The 2026-27 school year begins on August 31.
