Planning Begins for 2026-31 Strategic Plan

We are beginning the planning process for our next five-year Strategic Plan, which will guide the district from 2026 through 2031. Community input plays a central role in this work.

Students, families, staff and Richfield community members have already started to share feedback and ideas through opportunities offered at school sites and across the district - with more to come! This input will help shape our vision, priorities and goals for the next five years. If you are unable to attend one of these events in person, we invite you to complete our Strategic Plan Feedback Survey (English) (Spanish) to share your thoughts.

As we look ahead, we are proud to reflect on progress made during the current 2021-26 Strategic Plan. Highlights include increased graduation rates, improved academic outcomes, low class sizes, growth in multilingual achievement, expanded participation in activities and significant gains in school climate and family communication.

These results are the outcome of strong partnerships across our community. As we plan for the future, we remain committed to listening, learning and working together to support every student.

Updates on the process, including engagement opportunities as they become available, will be regularly updated on our Strategic Plan web page.
