On National Instructional Coaches Day (October 6), we shine a spotlight on the incredible team who coach and support our teachers every single day! Our Instructional Coaches are master educators, dedicated to elevating teaching and learning across Richfield Public Schools. They are the essential partners who help our teachers refine instructional strategies, implement curriculum, and try out new and innovative approaches in the classroom. They coach our educators to be the best they can be, which directly translates to outstanding learning experiences for every Richfield student.

Students from schools across the district came together for more than a year to create and sew their own regalia, which they will wear at this year's powwow.
