On National Instructional Coaches Day (October 6), we shine a spotlight on the incredible team who coach and support our teachers every single day! Our Instructional Coaches are master educators, dedicated to elevating teaching and learning across Richfield Public Schools. They are the essential partners who help our teachers refine instructional strategies, implement curriculum, and try out new and innovative approaches in the classroom. They coach our educators to be the best they can be, which directly translates to outstanding learning experiences for every Richfield student.

For 19 impactful years, Juan Figueroa Garcia has been a gift to the RPS community, shifting seamlessly between roles as an RDLS Kindergarten teacher, an RMS Social Studies teacher, and an RDLS EL teacher.
