Eliminating Disparities

  • Hispanic or Latino Students: 89.7% graduation rate (up 6.8 points from 2024)
  • Black or African American Students: 88.6% graduation rate (up 2.6 points from 2024)
  • Students Eligible for Free/Reduced Price Meals: 88.8% (up 5.8 points from 2024)
  • English Learners: 80.9% graduation rate (up 11.8 points from 2024)

Meeting Graduation Goals
As we near the conclusion of our Richfield Realized 2021-26 Strategic Plan, we are proud of the results of our graduation goals. Our four-year graduation rate has reached 90.7%, and our seven-year graduation rate has climbed to 92.6%. Most importantly, we have maintained a gap of no greater than 3% between white students and BIPOC students for all five years of this strategic plan, with a current gap of only 1% in the four-year grad rate and no gap in the 7-year grad rate.

We have added additional data to our website, and you can view the statewide graduation information in the Minnesota Report Card section of the Minnesota Department of Education website.

These results are a meaningful milestone for our district. They represent years of dedication, partnership and belief in our students.

While we celebrate this moment, we also look ahead. We remain committed to building on this progress so every student who walks through our doors is supported, challenged and prepared for their future. Richfield has a lot to be proud of today, and even more to look forward to.
