Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, May 8, 2020:

• Completed packing and moving efforts throughout the building.
• Completed an on-site coordination meeting with District Food Services and Trimark (Kitchen Eq. contractor).
• Completed plumbing fixture demolition in all of Area A.
• Abatement contractor continued flooring and chalkboard removal.
• Completed hanging and taping of drywall in the former Media Center area.
• Completed MEP rough-in in the former Media Center area.
• Completed mechanical insulation in the former Media Center area.

Planned week ending Friday, May 15, 2020:

• Continue electrical rough-in at the new transformer location.
• Begin painting in the former Media Center area.
• Abatement contractor to complete remaining abatement scope.
• Continue plumbing fixture demolition in Area B.
• Continue MEP demo in Area A.
• Begin MEP rough-in in Area A.

Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, May 8, 2020:

• Moved third floor existing classroom furniture into storage trailers.
• Finished abatement on third floor.
• Started abatement on main level.
• Finished mechanical and electrical rough-ins in the Media Center.
• Finished drywall in the Media Center.
• Started putting floor protection down in corridors.

Planned week ending Friday, May 15, 2020:

• Finish abatement on main level.
• Start demolition on third level.
• Install locker protection.
• Move existing furniture out of second and main level.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, May 8, 2020:

• District staff continued packing efforts in anticipation of the renovation.
• District IT began removing technology items from rooms in anticipation of the renovation.
• Material submittals continue to be submitted and reviewed.
• Corval Constructors installed temporary fencing around the staging areas.

Planned week ending Friday, May 15, 2020:

• Abatement contractor to begin flooring, chalkboard and pipe insulation removal in Area C.
• District IT to continue removal of technology items.
• Corval Constructors to continue mobilization efforts and begin installing temporary protection throughout the building.

Richfield High School

Completed week ending Friday, May 8, 2020:

• Area C (new IT tech space/health classroom/flex)
  • Finish low voltage and punch list items
• Area C (third floor conference room)
  • Completed mechanical and electrical finishes
