Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, May 22, 2020:

• Mechanical contractor demolished and removed an existing air handling unit out of the courtyard area.
• Abatement contractor continued flooring removal.
• Demolition was completed in the future Media Center Area.
• Concrete floor slab saw-cutting began in Area B.
• Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing demolition continued in Area B, mainly the existing Lounge and Nurse areas.

Planned week ending Friday, May 29, 2020:

• Abatement contractor to complete all remaining abatement scope.
• Begin underground plumbing rough-in in Area B.
• Continue painting in the former Media Center/future Special Education suite.
• Begin acoustical ceiling grid installation in the Special Education suite.
• Begin installation of lights, HVAC grilles/diffusers and plumbing fixtures in the Special Education suite.

Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, May 22, 2020:

• Demolition of ceilings on 3rd level classrooms and corridors.
• Demolition of ductwork on 2nd and 3rd level classrooms and corridors.
• Demolition of steam piping and unit ventilators on 2nd and 3rd level classrooms.
• Framed walls and soffits for new media center on 2nd level.
• Started mechanical and electrical rough-ins for new media center on 2nd level.

Planned week ending Friday, May 29, 2020:

• Demolition of walls and soffits on 3rd level.
• Continue demolition of ductwork on 2nd and 3rd level classrooms and corridors.
• Continue demolition of steam piping and unit ventilators on 2nd and 3rd level.
• Finish framing walls and soffits for new media center on 2nd level.
• Continue mechanical and electrical rough-ins for new media center on 2nd level.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, May 22, 2020:

• Abatement contractor continued removals in Level 1 of the C wing and Gym.
• Corval Constructors installed floor protection in the cafeteria and is now using this area as staging area.
• Corval Constructors continued demolition efforts in the Media Center.
• Corval Constructors began demolition in the A wing bathrooms, Nurse area and classrooms.

Planned week ending Friday, May 29, 2020:

• Abatement contractor to complete their removals in Level 1 of the C wing and begin setting up containments in Level 2 C wing.
• Corval Constructors to begin their demolition scope items in Level 1 of the C wing.

• Infill floor in band room.
• Hang ductwork in music suite.
• Mechanical and electrical work in pre-kindergarten classroom.
• Tile branding wall.

Dual Language

Completed week ending Friday, May 22, 2020:

• Punch list items continue to be addressed.
• Continued to address mechanical/HVAC test and balance deficiencies.
• Contractors worked to address action items on the Commissioning Corrective Action Log.

Planned week ending Friday, May 29, 2020:

• Continue to address punch list items.
• Continue testing and balancing of the mechanical/HVAC system.
• ICS commissioning continued commissioning of the mechanical and HVAC systems.
