Sheridan Hills Elementary
Completed week ending Friday, September 17, 2021
- Kitchen
- Continued remaining work in the Kitchen.
- Conducted City and Health Dept. final inspections which resulted in items that are being corrected.
- Site
- Formed and poured the exterior concrete stairs at the Gym exit.
- General
- Resumed testing and balancing of the HVAC systems.
- All-State continued security and surveillance programming.
Planned week ending Friday, September 24, 2021
- Kitchen
- Correct/complete City and Health Dept. inspection items.
- Conduct Health Dept. re-inspection.
- Wold to conduct punchlist walkthrough.
- Staff to continue moving into the Kitchen.
- Site
- Install Gym exit stair handrail and backfill Gym exit.
Richfield Middle School
Completed week ending Friday, September 17, 2021
- Punchlist and progress cleaning in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
- Delivery and installation of backordered soft seating furniture
- Finished auditorium HVAC hydronic re-piping and started clearing out auditorium foyer
Planned week ending Friday, September 24, 2021
- Install doors in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
- Insulate auditorium HVAC hydronic re-piping
Central Education Center
Completed week ending Friday, September 17, 2021
- Completed work associated with the building cooling system in preparation for systems start-up on 9/23.
- Complete heating system piping in the tunnels.
- All-State completed programming the access control (security).
- Completed Owner training on the new fire alarm system.
- Completed Prep room painting.
Planned week ending Friday, September 24, 2021
- Chilled water system cleaning/flushing and filling.
- Continue heating water system piping in the Boiler Room.
- All-State to continue programming of the camera system (surveillance).
- Contractors to continue addressing punchlist items.
