Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, June 26, 2020:

• Nearing completion of all concrete slab infills, only the Kitchen area remains.
• Completed the installation of the added roof bar joists to support mechanical equipment.
• Continued mechanical and electrical rough-in in the Media Center.
• Completed concrete slab floor leveling and moisture mitigation.
• Continue mechanical and electrical rough-in down the corridors. 

Planned week ending Friday, July 3, 2020:

• Complete underground plumbing rough-in in the Kitchen Area and place the concrete slab.
• Begin setting roof top curbs and mechanical equipment.
• Xcel to bore in underground primary electrical feeder from the power pole to the building.
• Continued mechanical and electrical rough-in in the Media Center.
• Continue above ceiling mechanical and electrical rough-in in the Front Admin Office and begin framing metal stud walls. 

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, June 26, 2020:

• Finished concrete walls for new ramp for stage
• Finished framing walls in health and art room on main level
• Continued roof removal for new HVAC unit at link
• Finished framing second level stairwell entrances soffits and ceilings
• Mechanical and electrical rough ins on third level classrooms
• Continued installation of unit ventilators
• Finished wall framing and rough in plumbing for staff bathroom on all levels 

Planned week ending Friday, July 3, 2020:

• Framing and in wall mechanical inspections throughout
• Start drywalling framed walls throughout
• Continued installation of unit ventilators 

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, June 26, 2020:

• Abatement contractor completed the removal of an existing underground fuel storage tank.
• Completed the Front Entry addition excavation and began formwork for footings and foundation.
• Continued above ceiling mechanical and electrical rough-in in the new Admin Office.
• Completed underground plumbing in the Area A restrooms.
• Completed hydronic piping main lines in Area C Level 2.
• Completed the demolition of the masonry walls at the existing Admin Office / corridor. 

Planned week ending Friday, July 3, 2020:

• Complete all remaining abatement scope.
• Begin domestic water piping in Area A.
• Continue above ceiling rough-in in the new Admin Office.
• Continue hydronic piping branch lines in Area C Level 2.
• Begin concrete slab saw-cutting and removals in the classrooms.
• Begin pulling electrical wire in Areas A & C.  

Richfield High School

Completed week ending Friday, June 26, 2020:

• Boiler Room
  • Roof work and piping penetrations
  • Continued piping of boilers
• Area P Link
  • Roofing work commenced
• Area D and E Bathrooms
  • Continue plumbing fixtures and partitions in area D
  • Floor and wall tiling in area E
• Lower Level Area F (Old locker rooms, new weight room)

  • Prep for weight room flooring 
• 2nd and 3rd level science rooms
  • Continued wall framing and mechanical/electrical rough ins

• Installed toilet fixtures in Pre-k classroom restroom
• Hydronic piping and HVAC insulation along with heating unit ventilator installation in vestibule and lobby
• Drywall finishes and paint in old reception office
• Floor and wall tile in showers and bathrooms in main level Special Education Suite
• Started painting walls and door frames in Special Education Suite
• Low voltage wiring and conduit along with speaker installation throughout main level
• Infill kitchen dishwasher floo

Planned week ending Friday, July 3, 2020:

• Finish installing ceiling grid in the Special Education Suite
• Install lights, fire strobes, and speakers in Special Education Suite
• Start installing casework in Special Ed., Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classrooms 
• Install doors and interior window glazing in Special Education Suite
• Drywall finishes and start tiling in dishwasher area
• Start installing ceiling grid in lobby area
• Demolition in boiler room

Richfield Dual Language School

Completed week ending Friday, June 26, 2020:

• Punch list items continue to be addressed.
• Continued testing and balancing of the mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Contractors worked to address action items on the Commissioning Corrective Action Log

Planned week ending Friday, July 3, 2020:

• Continue to address punch list items.
• Complete testing and balancing of the mechanical and HVAC systems.
• ICS commissioning continued commissioning of the mechanical and HVAC systems.
