Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, June 12, 2020:

• Completed Boiler Room slab saw-cutting and removal.
• Completed Boiler Room concrete housekeeping pads.
• Completed the demo and removal of the existing Kitchen slab in preparation for underground rough-in.
• Continued above ceiling mechanical / electrical rough-in in the new Media Center.
• Completed demolition in the Main Entry vestibule.
• Completed ceiling grid installation in the Special Ed. Suite. 

Planned week ending Friday, June 19, 2020:

• Begin Kitchen underground plumbing rough-in.
• Complete metal stud wall framing in the Media Center.
• Continue mechanical / electrical ceiling finishes in the Special Ed. Suite.
• Resume concrete slab infills.
• Continue painting in the corridors and classrooms. 

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, June 12, 2020:

• Removal and demolition of classroom louvers
• Built art kiln room walls
• Plumbing for main level staff bathrooms
• Continue framing walls and soffits on 2nd floor stairwell entrances
• Continue mechanical and electrical rough ins in 2nd floor classrooms
• Wall framing and drywall work in Media Center
• Start mechanical and electrical rough ins on 3rd floor
• Start framing walls and soffits on 3rd floor stairwell entrances
• Wall framing special education suites on 3rd floor

Planned week ending Friday, June 19, 2020:

• Framing walls for art and health classroom along with shared storage
• Mechanical rough ins for main level staff bathrooms
• Installing unit ventilators on 2nd and 3rd floor classrooms 
• Drywall work in Media Center
• Continue framing walls and soffits on 3rd floor stairwell entrances
• Mechanical and electrical rough ins for 3rd floor 

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, June 12, 2020:

• Started digging the New Main Entry addition excavation.
• Started mechanical and electrical rough-in in the new Admin Office.
• Continued demolition in the existing Admin Office.
• Continued flooring removal by abatement contractor.
• Continued underground plumbing throughout the building.
• Continued above ceiling mechanical and electrical rough-in the Level 2 classrooms and corridor.

Planned week ending Friday, June 19, 2020:

• Complete the Main Entry addition excavation.
• Begin Main Entry addition footings and foundations.
• Continue mechanical and electrical rough-in in the new Admin Office.
• Continue demolition efforts in the existing Admin Office.
• Continue underground plumbing rough-in and begin slab infills.
• Continue flooring and insulation removals by abatement contractor. 

Richfield High School

• Set and connect unit ventilators in Music Suite
• Finish drywall work in Special Education and Music suite
• Start wall and floor tile in Special Education Suite shower/bathroom

• Start ceiling in pre-kindergarten restroom

Richfield Dual Language School

Completed week ending Friday, June 12, 2020:

• Punch list items continue to be addressed.
• Continued to address mechanical/HVAC test and balance deficiencies.
• Contractors worked to address action items on the Commissioning Corrective Action Log. 

Planned week ending Friday, June 19, 2020:

• Continue to address punch list items.
• Continue testing and balancing of the mechanical/HVAC system.
• ICS Commissioning continued commissioning of the mechanical and HVAC systems.
