Completed week ending Friday, January 8, 2021

• Mirrors installed in dance room and weight room
• Continued punch list items
• Continued testing, balancing, and commissioning

Planned week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Delivery and installation of wall pads in wrestling room
• Clear our construction material and clean out auxiliary gyms
• Continue punch list items
• Continue testing, balancing, and commissioning

Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, January 8, 2021

• Contractors continued working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Rebate applications are being completed for submission.

Planned week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Contractors to continue working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Utility rebate applications and required attachments to continue being pulled together.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, January 8, 2021

• Contractors continued working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.
• IEA Commissioning continued the commissioning of the mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Continued hydronic piping runs to the new chiller.
• Rebate applications are being completed for submission.

Planned week ending January 15, 2021

• Contractors to continue to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Continue installing hydronic piping runs to the new chiller unit and making final connections.

• All State to come on site to resolve minor punch list items

Richfield Dual Language School

Completed week ending Friday, January 8, 2021

• Contractors continued working to address items noted on the commissioning corrective action log.
• Contractors have addressed all issues identified during the 11-month warranty walkthrough.
• Completed the final building inspection and closed all permits.

Planned week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Contractors to continue working to address items noted on the commissioning corrective action log.

Central Education Center

Completed week ending January 8, 2021

• The School Board approved the Contractor Award Recommendation on 1/4/2021.
• The contract has been issued to Rochon Corporation.
• Continued preconstruction work with Rochon and moving coordination.

Planned week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Continue preconstruction work with Rochon and moving coordination.
• Scheduling of the Preconstruction meeting to take place.
• ICS to present the packing and moving plan to the building staff on 1/13.
