Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, September 11, 2020

• Completed minor issues noted by the MN Dept. of Health and the building official in the Kitchen and passed the re-inspection. Kitchen is now fully operational.
• Completed the VCT patching in the area between the Kitchen and the Cafeteria.
• Contractor completed their final cleaning efforts.
• Contractors worked to complete punchlist items.
• Continued working on boiler piping.

Planned week ending Friday, September 18, 2020

• Contractor to continue working to address punchlist items.
• Contractor to continue working through testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical equipment.
• Continue boiler room piping efforts.
• All State to continue installing security system components.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, September 11, 2020

• Completed the storefront/glazing, exterior sheathing, air barrier and insulation at the Front Entry addition.
• Completed the asphalt patching adjacent to the new concrete curb at the Front Entry.
• Continued Lower Level Phase 2 mechanical piping and equipment setting.
• Contractor worked to address punchlist items.
• Contractor continued final cleaning efforts and worked to consolidate materials in the parking lot staging area.

• Complete the brick work at the Front Entry addition.
• Contractor to continue working to address punchlist items.
• Contractor to continue working through testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical equipment.
• All State to continue installing security system components.
