Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, July 24, 2020

• Began casework installation in the classrooms.
• Continued tile work in the multi-user Toilet Rooms.
• Placed the concrete pad for the new chiller unit.
• Continued painting in the classrooms.
• Installed exhaust hoods in the Kitchen area.
• Started setting mechanical equipment in the Boiler Room.

Planned week ending Friday, July 31, 2020

• Set the new chiller unit in the chiller enclosure.
• Begin door and hardware installation in the SPED Suite.
• Continue classroom casework installation.
• Complete tile work in the Area A multi-user Toilet Rooms.
• Start acoustical ceiling grid installation in the Flex areas.
• Complete drywall installation in the Media Center area.
• Complete metal stud wall framing in the Kitchen and continue plumbing, mechanical and electrical rough-in in that area.

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, July 24, 2020

• Casework deliveries received for several areas
• Roughed in art room display cases on main level
• Finished drywall framing on second level
• Started carpet installation in classrooms on third level
• Started painting walls on first and third level
• Installed structural steel on roof for mechanical equipment
• Mechanical ductwork insulation installation in Special Education Suites
• Installed ceiling grid on second and third floor corridors

Planned week ending Friday, July 31, 2020

• Continue painting on third level
• Continue installing ceiling grid on third and second level
• Start installing casework on third and second level
• Continue flooring installation on third level
• Tile walls in staff bathrooms on third level
• Start flooring in classrooms on second level
• Start installing ceiling grid on main level

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, July 24, 2020

• Began setting unit ventilators in the Area C classrooms.
• Complete hollow metal door and window frame installation in Area C.
• Continued drywall installation in Area C and the new Admin Office areas.
• Began structural steel erection at the Front Entry addition.
• Completed waste and vent plumbing piping in Area A.

• Complete drywall installation in Area C.
• Begin making final mechanical connections to the unit ventilators.
• Begin painting walls in Area C.
• Begin acoustical ceiling grid installation in Area C.
• Complete steel erection at the Front Entrance addition.
• Complete concrete ramp at the Front Entry corridor.

Richfield High School

• Boiler Room
  • Continued piping of boilers

  • Poured concrete on third floor
  • Mechanical and electrical rough in on first and second level
  • Continued exterior finish system
  • Started interior wall framing on second level
• Area D Main Lower Level Classroom

  • Cleaned and assessed mechanical and electrical equipment due to water

Richfield Dual Language School

• Contractors continued working to address punch list items.
• ICS Commissioning continued performing the commissioning of the building’s mechanical and HVAC systems.
