• Walkthrough with LS Black to review punchlist completion and identify outstanding items.

Centennial Elementary

• Contractors continued working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

• Contractors continued working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items.  
• Started masonry walls at the Kitchen/Receiving area addition.

Richfield Community Education - Central Education Center

Completed week ending Friday, April 2, 2021  

• Completed chimney demolition at the roof level.  
• Completed concrete slab infills at underground plumbing trenches. 
• Continued metal stud partition wall framing and hollow metal door frames in Areas A & D.  
• Continued above ceiling mechanical and electrical rough-in in Areas A and D.
• Continue mechanical and electrical demolition in the Lower Level.  
• Began in-wall plumbing rough-in in Area A.  
• Completed demolition of the existing chiller enclosure walls.  

Planned week ending Friday, April 9, 2021  

• Continue mechanical and electrical demolition in the Lower Level.  
• Continue in-wall mechanical and electrical rough-in in Areas A & D.  
• Begin drywall hanging, taping, and sanding in Areas A & D.  
• Begin roof openings for new mechanical equipment in Areas A & D.  
• Begin excavation for chiller enclosure footings and foundations.
