Completed week ending Friday, October 16, 2020

• Boiler Room
  • Electrical and mechanical piping connections continued.
• Area P Link
  • Casework installation
• Lower Level Area F Dance Studio and Weight Room
  • Started weight room flooring
  • Vinyl base installation in multipurpose rooms and corridors
• Area C 3rd level science rooms
  • Finish setting cabinets and tops in north classroom
• Area C 3rd level restrooms
  • Started floor tiling
• New Athletic Corridor/Elevator
  • Continued elevator installation
  • Continued mechanical and electrical rough ins

Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, October 16, 2020

• Contractors worked to complete punch list items.
• Contractors corrected issues noted on the IEA Commissioning corrective action log.
• Completed all boiler room piping and equipment installation. Boiler system has been inspected and is now operational.
• Began cleaning and flushing the heating and cooling piping system.
• Continued testing and balancing of the mechanical/HVAC system.
• Completed the programming of the lighting controls.
• All-State continued installing security system components.
• Purchase order issued for the supply and install of window treatments.

• Contractor to continue working to address punch list items.
• Contractor to complete testing and balancing of the mechanical/HVAC systems.
• All-State to complete the installation of all security system components.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, October 16, 2020

• Continued working to address punch list items.
• Continued Phase 2 mechanical piping in the Lower Level.
• Backfilled the Kitchen/Receiving addition
• Completed the new storm sewer piping and connection to existing manhole on W. 64th St.

Planned week ending Friday, October 23, 2020

• Contractors to continue working to address punch list items.
• Contractors to work to address deficiencies noted on the Testing and Balancing deficiencies checklist.
• Continue Phase 2 mechanical piping in the Lower Level.
• All State to complete the installation of all security system components.
• Complete the asphalt patching and curb replacement on W. 64th St.
• Begin excavation for the Chiller Enclosure addition.

Richfield Middle School
