Completed week ending Friday, October 9, 2020

• Boiler Room
  • Started two of the four boilers
  • Continued mechanical connections
• Area P Link
  • Installed ceiling pads
  • Started flooring in offices
  • Installed marker boards
• Lower Level Area F Dance Studio and Weight Room
  • Ceiling pad installation in multipurpose rooms and corridors
• Area C 3rd level science rooms
  • Set new cabinets and countertops
• Area C 3rd level restrooms
  • Prep for wall tile installation
• New Athletic Corridor/Elevator
  • Hydronic and electrical piping installation
  • Continued painting
  • Elevator installation

Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, October 9, 2020

• Contractors worked to complete punch list items.
• Contractors corrected issues noted on the IEA Commissioning corrective action log.
• Continued working on boiler room piping.
• Completed the installation of the new interior room signage.
• All-State continued installing security system components.
• ICS solicited proposals for new window treatments.

Planned week ending Friday, October 16, 2020

• Contractor to continue working to address punch list items.
• Contractor to continue working through testing and balancing of the mechanical/HVAC equipment.
• Complete boiler system piping. Boiler start-up scheduled for 10/14.
• All-State to complete the installation of all security system components.
• Issue PO for new window treatments.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, October 9, 2020

• Continued working to address punch list items.
• Deficiencies checklist issued by the Testing and Balance contractor.
• Continue Phase 2 mechanical piping in the Lower Level.
• Completed the Kitchen/Receiving addition excavation and concrete footings, CMU foundation walls are in progress.
• Xcel completed the relocation of the main electrical feed into the building in preparation for the Chiller Enclosure construction.

Planned week ending Friday, October 16, 2020

• Contractors to continue working to address punch list items.
• Contractors to work to address deficiencies noted on the Testing and Balancing deficiencies checklist.
• Continue Phase 2 mechanical piping in the Lower Level.
• All State to complete the installation of all security system components
• Complete excavation at Receiving area addition.
• Complete Kitchen/Receiving addition CMU foundation walls and backfill.
• Begin excavation for the Chiller Enclosure addition.
