Maintenance/Transportation Building

Completed month of November 2021

• 75% Construction Documents revised and completed.
• 95% cost estimate completed.
• Project approved by the school board for issuance to bid.
• Project issued for bid.

Planned for month of December 2021 

• Hold pre-bid walkthrough meeting.
• Receive and tabulate bids.
• Present recommendation to award contract to school board for approval.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed month of November 2021

• Completed site sodding.
• Completed the installation of the coiling doors at the Kitchen/Cafeteria.
• Exterior signage was installed.
• Continued addressing punch list and commissioning items.
• Continued to address open City and Health Dept. inspection items.

Planned for month of December 2021

• Complete all open City and Health Dept. inspection items.
• Contractors to continue addressing punch list and commissioning items.
• Compile and review of Operation and Maintenance Manuals and attic stock.

Richfield Middle School

Completed month of October 2021

• Continued punch list, commissioning, testing, and balancing
• Dishwasher door and counter modifications

Planned for month of December 2021

• Install exterior signage.
• Best Buy Teen Tech Center room modifications (painting) to be completed.
• Continue punch list, commissioning, testing, and balancing
• Order furniture for Best Buy Teen Tech Center

Central Education Center

Completed month of November 2021

• Sod installation completed.
• All piping insulation, rooftop ductwork and boiler stacks completed.
• Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of HVAC system.
• BAS owner training.
• Exterior façade repair.
• Substantial completion of HVAC system.
• Final building inspection and all permits closed.
• Exterior signage installed.

Planned for month of December 2021

• Install operable walls.
• Deliver remaining backordered furniture.
• ICS commissioning of boilers and hydronic systems.
• Complete interior plaster repair in multipurpose room.
• Compile and review of Operation and Maintenance Manuals and attic stock.
• Complete remaining punch list items.
