Track and Field is a sport that anybody can be a part of. There are many different activities or events in this sport, such as sprinting, middle distance running, hurdling, throwing (shot put, discus), jumping (high, long, triple) and pole vaulting. This sport is for everyone who wants to be part of a team, get in shape, meet new friends and have fun while doing it. This team is known for building great relationships. No prior experience is necessary! All students are welcome to join the fun!
