Synchronized Swimming, Girls

About Girls Synchronized Swimming
Synchronized swimming is a combination of swimming, dance and gymnastics—all underwater! It is a fun and challenging sport that is rewarding and offers fun new skills. Athletes will learn to swim, count music, dance, be a teammate, lift and throw teammates into the air and have fun doing it! There are two parts to synchronized swimming: figures and routines. A swimmer must do well in both areas in order to succeed at the State Championship Meet.
All ability levels are welcome! It is helpful to know basic swim strokes and not be afraid to be underwater.
Our program is combined with Academy of Holy Angels & Minnehaha Academy. If you are an AHA student or Minnehaha student and would like to register for the team, please use the information below to do so.
