Track & Field, Boys
In track and field we build skills and compete in the areas of sprinting, distance running, and various field events; such as: long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault, discus and shot put. Track is a great way to develop healthy living habits, get stronger and faster for other sports, and meet new friends.
All abilities welcome. There are many options on the track team, so we can find a place for you.
My purpose as a coach of young adults is to show them what hard work, discipline and a positive attitude can get them. I want them to know that if they apply these skills to anything in their life they will be successful.
