We’re proud to share that Richfield High School’s four-year graduation rate is 88.7%, outperforming the statewide rate of 84.2%. Even more importantly, virtually every student group at RHS is graduating at rates above the state average—a powerful reflection of our district’s unwavering focus on equity and student success.

7-Year Graduation Rates

Districtwide, our seven-year graduation rate has reached a remarkable 98.1%. This tells an even bigger story: when students need more time to graduate, we stay by their side.

Thanks to programs like Transition Plus and the Richfield College Experience Program (RCEP), students who face unique challenges are getting the time, support and encouragement they need to cross the finish line. Their success is a testament to their resilience and to the strength of the systems we’ve built around them.

At Richfield Public Schools, we believe every student deserves the chance to thrive—no matter the path or pace of their journey.
