Meeting Graduation Goals

As we near the conclusion of our Richfield Realized 2021-26 Strategic Plan, we are proud of the results of our graduation goals. Our four-year graduation rate has reached 90.7%, and our seven-year graduation rate has climbed to 92.6%. Most importantly, we have maintained a gap of no greater than 3% between white students and BIPOC students for all five years of this strategic plan, with a current gap of only 1% in the four-year grad rate and no gap in the 7-year grad rate.

7-Year Graduation Rates

Thanks to programs like Transition Plus and the Richfield College Experience Program (RCEP), students who face unique challenges are getting the time, support and encouragement they need to cross the finish line. Their success is a testament to their resilience and to the strength of the systems we’ve built around them.

At Richfield Public Schools, we believe every student deserves the chance to thrive—no matter the path or pace of their journey.
