Vote on or before November 7.
Vote Early by Mail
Step 1: Complete an absentee ballot application.
Step 2: Return your ballot application via email to hc.vote@hennepin.us or by mail to Hennepin County Government Center, 300 S 6th Street MC 012, Minneapolis, MN 55487-0012.
Step 3: Once your application has been completed and returned, you will be mailed an absentee ballot. Fill out your ballot and have a witness sign it.
Step 4: Mail your absentee ballot to the address provided on the included envelope or return it to your City Elections Office (at City Hall) by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Tuesday, November 7).
