Learning Academy Information
What is it?
Learning Academy consists of courses in the areas of Instructional Practices, Higher Level Thinking and Professional Support.
Who can participate?
All Richfield Teachers can participate through Q-Comp.
Who are the facilitators?
Richfield teachers and administrators facilitate the courses.
What's in it for me?
- An opportunity to extend and deepen learning
- An opportunity to earn $250 in Q-comp Performance Pay
*** Teachers can participate in more than one Learning Academy, but they will only receive the $250 stipend once/per school year.

Courses will be available for registration on September 1st.
When are fall classes offered?
October 30 - May 15, 2017
***There is one course for new teachers offered in September.

Is Learning Academy Optional?
Learning Academy is an optional part of Q-comp. A teachers' decision to participate in a selected Learning Academy course is their choice. Participation can only be initiated by the teacher.
