We want to let you know that we are keeping a close eye on budget talks at the state legislature and we’re hopeful that we will be able to expand our 4-year old preschool offerings. Once the budget has been signed by the Governor and Minnesota Department of Education has informed us of their results, we’ll work diligently to finalize our offerings and update this web page.
In order to serve as many members of our community as possible, we are also in the process of exploring fee-based preschool offerings. This could be an alternative to families that do not receive a placement. We will be communicating more details early this summer regarding these possible additions.
Please note, there will be no changes to the 3-year preschool offerings.
Preschool Classes for 3-year olds and 4-year olds
Our focus is to provide your child with high quality and engaging learning experience that will ignite a love of learning and prepare him or her for kindergarten. Our programs follow the Minnesota Early Childhood Indicators of Progress and have been awarded a 4-Star Parent Aware rating.
Priority for preschool classes is given to Richfield school district residents who meet the eligibility requirements set by the Minnesota Department of Education. All completed applications received will be processed on a first-come, first served basis and placed into classes as space permits, or onto the waiting list.
