Application/Registration/Enrollment begins March 6, 2017


Enrollment for K-12 Students New to Richfield Public Schools


Parent/Guardian must fill out these forms to enroll a student:

  1. Enrollment Form

  2. Language Questionnaire

  3. Free/Reduced Meal Application

  4. PreK and Kindergarten students - an Early Childhood Screening is required

    Call 952-681-6200 or 952-681-6217 (Spanish) to make an appointment

  1. Open Enrollment Form (if not a resident of Richfield)


Parent/Guardian also provides the following information to school:

1. Immunization Status (click here for immunization information and forms)

2. Birth Certificate (or other reliable proof of the student’s identity and age)

3. Proof of residency


And these items if applicable:

  • Name and address of previous school attended (for requesting transcript)

  • Student’s IEP/Individualized Education Program

  • Student’s 504 Plan


Richfield Public Schools include:

4 Elementary schools serving grades PreKindergarten-5

1 Middle School serving grades 6-8

1 High School serving grades 9-12


Richfield Early Learning Programs include:

4 year old PreKindergarten programs at all Richfield elementary schools

3 year old Preschool at Central Education Center

Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) at Central Education Center
